Unit 13 is Carnival of Souls' first release, despite years of high profile gigging across London (headline at Underworld, 93 Feet East, Subterania).

Their style has been described as gothic space rock/pop infused with dub, occasionally breaking into techno and psychedelia, so good luck with categorising this release!

Members of the band recently performed several shows for TV on Top Of The Pops, CD:UK and PopWorld, as the backing band for Russian Pop duo Tatu. At time of writing, the performances were still getting repeat plays, with more recorded for a future Tatu single release.

Their shameless soul selling pop cameo has helped the promotional machine gain momentum, as they set about blasting all that is bad about the current 80's revival out of the water, whilst continuing to promote themselves through live performances.
