PrivateLives are one of MAP's finest acts because there is simply nothing else like them in the music industry right now. Formed in June 2006, west London, PrivateLives are a combination of D.J. Zee Miller and singer Mr Phillips. What's more, their infectious, Wildean pop music is simultaneously accessible to just about everyone on the planet, as every single song bar none, is of the calibre of bowie, mercury and lennon - highly melodic, dramatic and emotive, but it's also music to dance your toenails off to! Just ask their frenzied audience. Made flesh and blood in the form of the finest songwiter of his generation, Mr. Phillips and the swirling, banshee like form of Zee, the lives have been bedazzling audiences all over London for the last 8 months, garnering rave reviews at a record speed and attracting a devoted audience of die-hard fans along the way. The band have played in some of London's most rocked out venues including the Islington Carling Academy, the 333 club, Cafe De Paris, and they pack out the legendary birthplace of punk, the Hope and Anchor on a regular basis.
